Our Services

The LMM has a long history of DNA/RNA work, including next-generation sequencing (NGS). The laboratory has many collaborations, both within academia and industry and thus, has extensive experience with providing the necessary level of support to enable third-party sequencing.

LMM sequencing facility setup comprises of both second and third generation sequencing technologies. LMM has trained NGS experts for sample and library preparation for sequencing on all platforms. LMM can give the support from senior (post-doc level) researchers, bioinformaticians, and experienced lab technicians.

Next to sequencing, the LMM offers services involved in biofilm model systems for all types of bacteria.

In addition, LAB-Net is part of LMM's services, a global laboratories network specialised in clinical microbiology and infectious diseases. Our centrally-coordinated, warm-base network of laboratories aims to reduce the burden of infectious diseases and improve pandemic preparedness. Find out more here.
