The Law and Development Research Group has co-organized a Winter School on Law, Justice and Sustainable Development and with the Centre for Law, Justice and Development of the National Law University, Delhi. The research group has a longstanding tradition of research cooperation and staff and student exchange with NLU Delhi. The current Winter School is part of a two-year long project funded by SPARC on Sustainable Development as Inclusion: Law, Gender and Educational Curriculum.
Pascal Sundi, a PhD student at the Law and Development Research Group, is a visiting fellow at NLU from January to April 2020. Liliana Lizarazo Rodriguez and Wouter Vandenhole have extensively taught on topics such as the Sustainable Development Goals, law in developing countries, plural identities, justice, law and development movements and moments, human rights-based approaches to development, the right to education and children’s rights.
