In the area of international business and management, we aim to improve understanding of the antecedents, processes, structures and outcomes of a firm’s international activities. We pay particular attention to issues of international entrepreneurship, change processes and dynamics in and across firms, and inter-organizational relationships in international business. Our research is published in leading academic and practitioner oriented journals. We give keynote speeches at conferences, advise firms and public organizations, and teach in executives and professional programs at leading universities and business schools in Europe and abroad.
