About the Alzogether event
Because "together we fight Alzheimer", the Laboratory for Cell Biology and Histology with UAntwerp is organizing the first edition of Alzogether on June 8, 2024, a kubb tournament where young and old can come together to support research into Alzheimer's disease.
To support Stichting Alzheimer Onderzoek, the laboratory for Cell Biology and Histology will participate in the Lucien Van Impe Classic, a cycling tour of 145 km in the Flemish Ardennes. To sponsor this trip and research into Alzheimer's disease, the team is organizing this kubb event.

What?
A tournament where teams compete against each other in multiple kubb competitions. Food, drinks and entertainment for children will be provided.
Where?
UAntwerp, Campus Drie Eiken. Universiteitsplein 1.
When?
June 8, 2024. Registration and welcome of teams between 1:30 PM and 2:15 PM. End expected around 6pm.
How can you participate?
Register your team via Alzogether@gmail.com (team name and number of people). A free donation to the Alzheimer Research Foundation can be made via this link. Donations of 40 euro or above are tax-deductible.
Why?
All proceeds from this tournament will go to the Stichting Alzheimer Onderzoek. This foundation plays a key role in financing research into Alzheimer's disease.
