About the event
The Bench meets Bedside event is aimed at fostering collaboration between neuroscientists at the University of Antwerp and clinicians from the Neurology Department at University Hospital Antwerp.
With this networking opportunity, we aim to stimulate a vibrant network of researchers and clinicians to collaboratively address societally relevant challenges in neuroscience.
The plenary session will feature recent research advancements in neurological disorders such as dementia, movement disorders, and neuromuscular diseases, highlighting both fundamental and clinical research perspectives. We will close with a reception and walking dinner, featuring guided networking.
Practical Information
Date: Wednesday 6th of November 2024. Welcome and registration starts at 15:30, the plenary session will start at 16:00.
Location: Building Q, Campus Drie Eiken (Foyer & Promotiezaal)
Target audience: Neuroscientists from University of Antwerp and clinicians of UZA. This event is open to all career stages.
