Organic Electrooptic Materials
Conjugated molecular and polymer based systems are attractive materials due to their semiconducting and light emitting properties. They can be designed for applications such as Organic Light Emitting diodes (OLEDs) and organic solar cells. In collaboration with the Structural Chemistry Group at the UA and IMEC we study the optical and electronic properties by means of UV/Vis spectroscopy, ODMR and time-resolved optical techniques.
