SCREEN4PN is a therapeutics testing platform developed by the Peripheral Neuropathy research group. The platform makes use of induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs) derived from Charcot-Marie-Tooth (CMT) disease patients, which are then differentiated into peripheral motor neurons on which potential therapeutics for CMT disease are tested.
SCREEN4PN offers innovation and various benefits beyond conventional mouse model testing. We offer our services to pharmaceutical companies, CROs, and academic partners interested in testing a compound on patient-derived induced motor neurons.
