Outreach activities

The Jean Monnet Chair organises EU related events targetting a variety of audiences:

EUSIM, a simulation for secondary schools on EU migration policy.

Presentations in secondary schools on current issues in the EU

EU simulation workshop during the UAntwerp Children’s University for 12 to 14 year old pupils.

Regular presentations for a broader audience organized by civil society organizations and public authorities.

Op-eds and media appearances in Belgian and international media.

Organization of lectures by EU practitioners (MEPS, administrators, diplomats, journalists, …) at the UAntwerp, some targeted to political science students, but most to a broader audience.
