Workplaces and employers play a key role in commuting. Within this context, workplace travel plans attempt to change the travel behaviour of employees using a variety of measures. Members of the Research Group for Urban Development analysed the mobility management measures implemented at workplaces, and the determinants of the modal split at workplaces. Also research on the employee mobility budget is part of this investigation of the role of employers and workplaces in transport and policy strategies.
