This apparatus consists of an Agilent 1100 series liquid chromatographic system with quaternary pump coupled to an Agilent 1200 Diode Array Detector (UV-VIS) and fluorescence detector in series.
It is used for general toxicological screening purposes as well as for target quantification. A library containing the UV-VIS spectra of about 2000 toxicological substances enables screening.
