Ultrastructural effects of transition metals with aquatic organisms.
Abstract
Development of techniques to visualize chloride and mucus cells in the gill epithelium of the carp (Cyprinus carpio): countings, (light- and electron microscopical) cuts, histochemical colourings as well as enzymatical determinations. The animals will be exposed to experimental circumstances in order to compare them with those exposed to natural circumstances.Researcher(s)
