A sports physiotherapist specializing in research on the prevention and treatment of lower limb sports injuries engages in a wide range of scientific activities. Key research activities primarily include: Preventive studies: investigating injury risk factors with a focus on muscle strength, movement patterns, and balance. This involves developing and testing screening protocols for early injury detection. Innovative rehabilitation tools: developing and evaluating digital therapies such as virtual reality programs, and personalized exercise protocols for injury prevention and rehabilitation. Recovery monitoring: using wearable technology to accurately track recovery processes and load parameters during rehabilitation. Through these research activities, I aim as a sports physiotherapist to contribute to scientific advancements in the prevention and treatment of lower limb sports injuries.
