I am a doctoral researcher at the Herman Deleeck Centre for Social Policy, with a focus on the comparative analysis of trade unions and their impact on labour market inequalities in Europe and the United States. I also focus on the analysis of social and employment policies in the European Union. My publications appear on leading European and international journals in industrial relations, social policy and social-economic sciences.
