João Felipe O. Fernandes is a Brazilian lawyer and Doctoral Scholarship Holder at the Law & Development Research Group of the University of Antwerp, where he explores the intersection of Multistakeholder Partnerships for public goods delivery and International Human Rights Law. He holds an LL.M. in Public International Law from the University of Amsterdam and a Bachelor of Laws from the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro. His PhD research is part of the GENESIS Project, supported by a European Research Council (ERC) Starting Grant under the supervision of Dr. Gamze Erdem Türkelli.
