My Ph.D. research focuses on supporting start-up growth in dynamic environments, considering the existing and developing ecosystem in place. Specifically, I adopt a multi-dimensional perspective to consider what start-ups can do to better position themselves for growth, what organisational support players can do to better attain to these growth-oriented start-ups’ needs, and how value co-creation between these parties can be enhanced. My Ph.D. is supervised by Prof. Johanna Vanderstraeten and Prof. Sascha Albers, and made possible by an Interreg2Seas project, called SPEED.
