Manifestations of the electron-phonon interaction in optical spectra of semiconductor nanocrystals.
Abstract
The polaron parameters of multipolaron system will be obtained by the path integral method for identical particles. Using these parameters, the absorption spectra of the system of identical polarons will be calculated for an arbitrary electron-phonon coupling. Multiphonon absorption, photoluminescence and Raman scattering spectra will be studied in quantum dot structures of different shape. This work will be performed in the close contact with the experimentalists (COBRA Inter-University Research Institute, TU Eindhoven).Researcher(s)
