About Tim Boogaerts

Tim Boogaerts works at the Toxicological Centre on the analysis of influent wastewater on human health biomarkers (e.g. pharmaceuticals, environmental contaminants,...) and lifestyle-related indicators (e.g. alcohol, illicit drugs,...). His postdoctoral research is mainly focused on the application of wastewater-based epidemiology as a complementary information source to assess the human exposome in (Belgian) communities.
