All applications for our summer and winter schools are submitted and processed through the enrolment platform Mobility Online. They are evaluated by the academic committee and the programme coordinators of the summer and winter schools.

Step 1: Fill in the application form below to start your application.
Step 2: Check your inbox to create an account in Mobility Online. You will receive your account information via email to log in to Mobility Online.
Step 3: Complete the next steps in Mobility Online: you will need to complete your personal details, upload a profile picture and your passport (not for UAntwerp student and staff), and complete extra questions to motivate your application.
Step 4: Once your application has been completed, the organisers will evaluate your application. More information will be sent via email.
Step 5: If your application has been approved, you will receive payment information via email. Payment method will be by bank transfer.
Step 6: After you’ve paid your tuition fee, send proof of payment to the organisers via email. You will receive a final email with confirmation of payment.
Closer to the summer or winter school, the organisers will send practical information and course information via email to confirmed participants.
