Abdallah, an international student from Canada

Here's his story

Meet Abdallah

What drew Abdallah to Antwerp? A mix of family connection, strong academic reputation, and great location. “My dad used to work here and always talked about how nice the campus was. Once I did my research, I knew this was the right place.” With a part-time job in Cologne, Antwerp’s central location makes it easy to balance study and work.

Abdallah enjoys the interactive style of teaching and appreciates the flexibility of the programme.

“Oral exams were new to me, but I love explaining my ideas through conversation,” he says. When he’s not studying, he explores the city’s parks, runs near the MAS museum or gathers friends for a football match. “There’s so much green space here – it’s easy to feel at home.”
