Legal clinics with Baker McKenzie

On March 14, the first legal clinic session of the Module Commercial Transactions: Rights and Governance took place in the Brussels office of Baker McKenzie. During the presentations, students were introduced to specific cases they will work on throughout the semester. The topics that students will prepare advice on include cross-border mergers, share purchase agreements, equity capital markets, and initial public offerings.
