Faculty of Law Education Codex
The Faculty of Law Education Codex consist of four sections:
- Section 1: Study trajectory
- Section 2: Master project
- Section 3: Student researchers
- Section 4: Student Mobility
Section I: Study trajectory consists of the faculty guidelines concerning the study trajectory at the Faculty of Law.
You can find guidelines for the following items:
- Enrollments
- at the UAntwerp
- for a course at the Faculty of Law
- special enrollments: exam/credit contract,...
- Exemptions
- Register study programme
- Special education and examination facilities
- Examination regulations
- Measures of study progress monitoring
- Fraud and plagiarism
- Appeals
Section III: contains the rules and regulations for the student researcher programme, in which the goal and the contents of the programme are described, as well as the selection criteria and the selection and evaluation procedures.
Section IV: Student Mobility consists of the faculty guidelines regarding the study mobility of students at host universities.
You can find guidelines for the following items:
- Introduction/context
- Study stay at a host university by Master of Laws (LL.M.) students
- Participation in a summer or winter school
In case that any contradictions between the Faculty of Law Education Codex on the one hand and the Codex Higher Education or the OER on the other, the latter provisions shall prevail.
