The Institute of Environment and Sustainable Development (IMDO) organises the postgraduate Energy and Climate. The institute focuses on interdisciplinary education and research. Visit the IMDO-website for more information.

Prof. dr. Aviel Verbruggen is the founding father of the programme. He is a specialist in energy and environmental economics and policy. As a member of the IPCC, he participates in the global debate on climate change. Prof. dr. Ivan Verhaert, specialized in Energy Systems and Applied Thermodynamics and prof. dr. Steven Van Passel, Environmental Economist, act as academic coordinators of the programme.
