International Course Programmes

International Course Programmes (ICPs) are Master degrees that focus on specific problems of developing countries, lasting one or two years and designed to enable graduates to share and apply acquired knowledge in the home institution and country.

How to apply

Steps to apply for a scholarship:

  • Check if you are eligible based on all given criteria.
  • On the institution’s website, apply for both the programme and the scholarship. When submitting your programme application, make sure to indicate if you are also applying for a scholarship. Do not apply for more than one ICP programme per year.
  • What happens next? Each programme has its own application deadlines. After the selection process, VLIRUOS will receive the results from the programme organisers. Selected candidates and those placed on the waiting list will be contacted via email as soon as possible, and no later than mid-June.
