For many, food is a daily routine: but what do we know about the food systems that make food possible and the challenges they face?
- Learn from academics and practitioners how food provisioning is organised and governed in today’s global world.
- Develop a holistic perspective, and deepen your knowledge about food and sustainability, human rights and people’s agency.
Organised between Antwerp and Rome, the course provides theoretical fundamentals and an exceptional hands-on exploration of the global food governance arena, with visits and exchanges with representatives of the UN Committee on World Food Security, the Food and Agriculture Organisation, and the World Food Programme.
