The Pharma Logistics Winter University will be held in Abu Dhabi, the vibrant capital of the United Arab Emirates. Situated on an island in the Arabian Gulf, Abu Dhabi is known for its modern skyline, cultural landmarks, and rich history.

Registration

For International Students: 

  • Courses + company visits + welcome reception + gala diner to close the winter university  (500 EUR)
  • Hotel + breakfast in a 2 persons set-up (500 EUR)

For International Non-Students (Management Trainees, Junior Managers, etc.):

  • Courses + company visits + welcome reception + gala diner to close the winter university  (1500 EUR)
  • Hotel + breakfast in a single room (750 EUR)

For local UAE Students: 

  • Courses + company visits + welcome reception + gala diner to close the winter university  (500 EUR)

For local UAE Non-Students (Management Trainees, Junior Managers, etc.):

  • Courses + company visits + welcome reception + gala diner to close the winter university  (1500 EUR)

Hotel

The partner hotel for the Pharma Logistics Winter University is Dusit Thani Abu Dhabi ***** 


Included for the international students (500 EUR): 

  • A stay in a Delux Twin room (shared room with another student) from Sunday Feb. 2nd to Friday Feb 7th. 
  • Extra days are possible but not included in the Winter University price. More information will be provided soon about this option
  • Breakfast 
  • All the free facilities of the hotel

Flights

​Flights are not included, but several flight options are available to Abu Dhabi and Dubai (90min drive) via Etihad (Brussels),  Emirates (Brussels, Amsterdam & Dusseldorf), Eurowings (Coln and Dusseldorf), KLM (Amsterdam) & Transavia (Amsterdam).
