- Regular: €400
- UAntwerp participants and early-bird registration fee (applying before 8 November 2024): €350
The tuition fee includes course material, coffee breaks, lunches, two dinners and social activites organised by Antwerp Summer and Winter University during the week. The tuition fee does not include travel and accommodation.
Disclaimer - Cancellation
Cancellation by the organisation
Should the programme be cancelled by the organiser for organisational reasons or as a result of force majeure more than two weeks after the application deadline, the organiser will refund the tuition fee. However, claims for further losses or damages, including any other incurred costs, are excluded and will not be reimbursed.
Cancellation by the participant
If a participant decides to cancel their enrolment in the summer or winter school, they must notify the organiser in writing. The following cancellation policy applies, unless otherwise mentioned on the website of the specific summer or winter school:
- Cancellation more than eight weeks before the programme’s start date: A 80% refund of the tuition fee will be issued.
- Cancellation between four and eight weeks before the programme’s start date: A 50% refund of the tuition fee will be issued.
- Cancellation less than four weeks before the programme’s start date: No refund of the tuition fee will be issued.
The organiser will not be liable for any further claims, damages, or losses resulting from the participant's cancellation. We strongly encourage to secure travel insurance to protect against any potential losses resulting from cancellation.
For each type of cancellation, all refunds are made in euros. The organisation cannot refund any shortfalls due to exchange rate fluctuations or bank charges.
