Tuition fee
This winter school is free of charge. Please keep in mind the Target Group.
This includes course material, coffee and tea, lunch and social activities. It does not include travel and accommodation.
Disclaimer - cancellation
Cancellation by the organisation
Should the summer/winter school be cancelled by the organiser for organisational reasons or as a result of force majeure, the organiser will refund the tuition fee. Claims for further liabilities or damages are excluded.
Cancellation by the participant
If the participant cancels within 4 weeks before the start of the summer/winter school, an administrative fee may be charged.
Scholarships
Scholarships for external participants
For participants from REFOCUS partners TUDelft, University of the Aegean, American College of Greece, Cambiamo and other external participants, a European grant of up to €1,000 to cover actual travel and accommodation costs is foreseen. Accepted participants will be informed by the partner institution on how to proceed.
