Elk jaar organiseert NeFCA het "Etmaal van de Communicatiewetenschap". Dat is een belangrijke bijeenkomst voor communicatiewetenschappers uit Nederland, Vlaanderen en daarbuiten. Onderzoekers stellen hier jaarlijks hun hoogstaand onderzoek voor en kunnen efficiënt netwerken op het Etmaal congres.
Ons MIOS onderzoek wordt vaak vertegenwoordigd op deze jaarlijkse ICA-conferentie. Hieronder geven geven we een overzicht van het werk dat tijdens eerdere congressen reeds is gepresenteerd, evenals een lijst van onderzoeken die in de editie van dit jaar zullen worden gepresenteerd.

In 2025 zal het Etmaal congres plaatsvinden in Brugge, België (3-4 februari, 2025).
