COVID-19 and mental health
Chronic and exaggerated inflammatory responses: the role of COVID-19 in mental health.
The COVID-19 pandemic has underscored the need to understand the relationship between the immune system and mental health. This session aims to delve in this compelling field by summarizing the evidence on inflammation and neuropsychological symptoms in long COVID.
We are honored to host Prof. René Lutter from the University of Amsterdam as our main speaker. Prof. Lutter will share his recent findings on immunological alterations in long COVID.
Our host, Katrien Skorobogatov (PhD researcher in CAPRI) will provide an overview of long COVID syndrome and its pathophysiology.
Mark your calendars and spread the word among peers, researchers, clinicians and students across faculties and groups.
