About me
I'm Miguel Camelo, I'm working at IDLab Research group at the University of Antwerp. I received my bachelor’s degree in electronic engineering from the University of Ibague, Colombia, in 2006. I got my master’s degree in systems and computer engineering from the University of Los Andes, Colombia, in 2010, and the Ph.D. degree in Information Technologies from the University of Girona, Spain, in 2014. I'm currently a researcher with the Department of Mathematics and Computer Sciences, University of Antwerp, Belgium.
I have authored or co-authored several papers in journals and international conferences and I have been involved in several Spanish, Belgian, and European research projects. My research interests are in the fields of control and management of communication networks and routing in complex networks using group theory, evolutionary algorithms, and machine learning.
