The European Aviation Conference (EAC) is delighted to invite academics, aviation practitioners, policymakers, and other stakeholders to submit contributions for the EAC Research Day (aka AMEC) held on 27th November 2024. Research posters will be presented on the dedicated Research Day and the EAC (28th-29th November 2024)

The EAC serves as a platform for diverse, high-quality research in air transport economics, air transportation management, legal aspects of aviation and other related fields. The Research Day shares the overarching themes with the EAC. The main topics of interest include (but are not limited to): the digitization of aviation, the future of business air travel, aircraft technology, environmental sustainability and technology, air cargo, air traffic management, and aviation security. Researchers at all levels, especially PhD students, are encouraged to submit their work.

The newly established Journal of the Air Transport Research Society (JATRS) is offering the possibility of publishing a Special Issue based on papers presented at the EAC Research Day 2024.
