As part of our commitment to fostering continuous growth and excellence within our workforce, we are now introducing the Staff Development Programme – a training programme for those who are responsible for staff development activities. Staff development lies at the heart of the organisation's success, and this module is designed to empower you with the latest methodologies, tools, and strategies essential for nurturing the professional growth of professional service staff.
- Open for: HR persennel involved in organising training, coaching and other staff development activities; leaders/advisors involved in staff development at a faculty/institute; Learning & Development advisors
- Structure: 4 online sessiosn + three-day on-site session at Maastricht University + two-day on-site sessiosn at the University of Rijeka
- Duration: Sessions take place between Octover 2024 ad April 2025
