Friday Seminars 'Inflammation & Immunology' - 23 February 2024: Prof. Stefan Magez & Dr. Dorien Mabille
We are honored to host Prof. Stefan Magez from the Vrije Universiteit Brussel as our main speaker. Prof. Magez will share his recent findings on 'chronic inflammation and anemia: two interlinked biological problems that drive the immunobiochemical pathology of animal trypanosomosis'.
Our host, Dr. Dorien Mabille (FWO postdoc at LMPH) will give a lecture entitled: 'Acute African trypanosome infection: from the skin to systemic tissue colonization'.
