Education and training at LMPH
LMPH contributes to teaching and training of students at the University of Antwerp at different levels.
PhD training
Currently, 11 PhD students are preparing a PhD thesis @ LMPH in various aspects of drug evaluation, pathogen-macrophage interactions and oxidative stress.
Master training
Each year, about 10 students graduate with a Masters degree dissertation in LMPH.
Other training
We frequently have students from Universities outside Belgium (eg. in the framework of the Erasmus program) and from higher education institutions outside the University to have a training in LMPH ranging from a few weeks to several months. If you are interested, you may contact the senior academic staff members.
Teaching
LMPH is active in education in Biomedical, Pharmaceutical and Veterinary Sciences. The staff teaches theoretical courses and organises practicals in the Bachelor and Masters of the University of Antwerp.
