NuPhaC is organizing its second Winter Conference on pharmaceutical care by nurses. This two-day event addresses integrated care for high quality and safe use of medicines. Distinguished experts in the field will present important findings about recent research on medication adherence and treatment burden, medication self-management and patient empowerment, medication safety and the use of technology, quality of prescribing and medication monitoring, sustainable use of medicines, interprofessional and transmural pharmaceutical care.
The winter event offers nurses, pharmacists, physicians, clinicians, researchers, educators, policy makers the opportunity to present their own research during oral and poster sessions. For the second winter edition, we are organizing an exclusive round table meeting with all keynote speakers. The topic will be announced in June 2024.
