How to get there
For participants coming by bus: When staying at a hotel in the city centre, you can get to the venue by bus. The journey by bus number 17 from Antwerp Central Station to the station Fort VI-straat takes about 40 minutes. Tickets can be purchased at the ticket machines at the Central Station or you can directly pay contactless at the white terminal on all De Lijn buses and trams. Another way to buy tickets is through the De Lijn app, QR for download:
If you’re coming from other parts of the city, you can also use the De Lijn website or mobile app to find the most convenient tram or bus connection.
For participants coming by car: Parking is available at the Drie Eiken campus. The conference delegates can use the Parking number 2 close to the conference venue.

How to book a hotel (please follow the steps in the right order)
- Go to the online booking tool
- First enter the code UAACB19 (in capital) and click on ‘Search’
- Then enter the arrival and departure dates and click on ‘Search’
- You’ll see an overview of all available hotels and their Best Available Rate -10%, at that moment, including any conditions
- Choose a hotel and book your room
